Important recovery notice

QuietSafe cannot recover a forgotten master password. If the master password is lost, encrypted vault data may be permanently unrecoverable.

Data loss and backups

Users are responsible for keeping independent backups of vault files and important exported files. QuietSafe is not a cloud backup service.

What to include

When contacting support, include a short description of the issue, relevant Windows and QuietSafe details shown in the application, and the steps needed to reproduce the problem.
